Dear Friend, I am so humbled and honored to have received the unanimous vote from the Prince George’s County Democratic Central Committee on October 29th to recommend my name to fill the vacant State Delegate seat in District 22. Last week, Governor Larry Hogan confirmed the recommendation of the Prince George’s County Democratic Central Committee saying, “I am confident that Nicole Williams will represent the citizens of Prince George’s County admirably in her new role as state delegate.” So it is with great excitement that I invite you to join me on Friday, December 6th at 10:00 AM at the Maryland State House (100 State Circle, Annapolis MD). At that time, I will be sworn-in as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates by Speaker Adrienne Jones. We will have a small reception afterwards in the Lowe House Office Building (6 Bladen Street, Room 150, Annapolis MD 21401). Both events are free and open to the public. I am also having my first fundraiser as State Delegate on Monday, December 16th at 8:30 AM at the offices of the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 400 (8400 Corporate Drive, Suite 200, Landover MD 20785) to help raise funds to replenish our campaign account.
